The Maintenance module tracks service history and upcoming upkeep for anything you own.

A service log

Attach maintenance to any record, a machine, an asset, a vehicle, and log what was done and when. Oil changes, firmware flashes, warranty renewals, filter swaps, all in one history you can look back on.

Getting pinged

Schedule the recurring ones and Cobblr tells you when something is due, so upkeep doesn't slip because you lost track of the last date. For the "every three months" kind of job, a wire can fire on a schedule.

Scheduling is per entry: give upkeep a due date and Cobblr's sweep notifies you as it comes due, through whatever channels you've set. Machines can accrue usage counters (a wire can record hours as jobs finish), the groundwork for usage-driven scheduling; today the schedule itself runs on dates.
